Required Qualifications & Experience
Applicants need to satisfy at least one of the educational or professional criteria listed below:
- Successful completion of the G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) examination under the Commerce track.
- Completion of the G.C.E. Ordinary Level (O/L) including Commerce as a subject, combined with a pass in the Cooperative Ordinary Level examination.
- A minimum of five (05) years of proven, satisfactory work experience holding a position as a Clerk or a Branch Manager.
- Holding a National (A/L) Certificate in Management issued by the National Cooperative Council of Sri Lanka, OR a Higher Diploma in Cooperative Business Management from Sabaragamuwa University, OR a Higher Diploma granted by the National Institute of Cooperative Development in Polgolla.
Age Requirements
- Standard Age Limit: Candidates should be between 18 and 45 years of age.
- Special Exemption: Individuals who are already actively employed within cooperative societies are fully exempted from this upper age restriction.
