- Professional Membership: Must hold an active Associate or Fellow membership from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (ICASL).
- Academic Background: A Bachelor’s Degree coupled with a Master’s qualification specializing in Finance, Business Administration, or a closely related academic discipline.
- Corporate Experience: A minimum of 7 years of executive-level experience serving as a CFO. However, candidates with 10 or more years of experience within a Public Listed Company (PLC) or a highly reputed top-tier corporate entity are highly preferred.
- Language Skills: Exceptional communication abilities, requiring absolute fluency in both written and verbal English.
