Factory Manager – Biogrow Lanka (Pvt) Ltd

• Education: A degree or recognized professional qualification in Business Management or a related discipline. Candidates with a background in engineering will have a distinct advantage.
• Experience: Must possess a minimum of 5 years of working experience in a comparable managerial role within a reputed organization.
• Skills: A demonstrated track record of effectively managing and leading teams, coupled with exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

• Take full charge of factory operations, driving maximum efficiency and productivity while optimizing asset usage and eliminating wasteful expenditure.
• Closely oversee daily plant activities, execute corrective actions when necessary, and ensure strict compliance with safety regulations.
• Follow directives from top management and maintain control over operational losses and costs by accurately forecasting, tracking, and reporting data.
• Design and refine processes, systems, and operational standards to evaluate productivity metrics and KPIs, ensuring a strong return on assets.
