Salary & Remuneration
The selected candidate will receive a monthly basic salary of Rs. 123,019/-, supplemented by a Cost of Living Allowance amounting to Rs. 17,800/-, in accordance with the regulations set forth in Management Service Circular No. 01/2025.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Educational Requirements: Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Film and Television Production, or Television Programme Production that is formally recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) of Sri Lanka.
- Postgraduate Degree: A relevant Master’s Degree in one of the previously mentioned fields is mandatory.
- Professional Experience: Candidates must possess at least twelve (12) years of proven experience serving in a managerial-level position.
Age Requirements
Applicants should be between the ages of 35 and 55. Please note that this age restriction is not applicable to current internal staff members.
