The Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, Lands and Irrigation is inviting applications from Sri Lankan citizens for the Smallholder Agribusiness and Resilience Project (SARP). The following positions are currently open:
- Consultant – Value Chain Development: 01 Position available at the Project Management Unit (PMU) on a consultancy basis.
- Senior MIS/ IT Officer (Category E): 01 Position located at the PMU.
- Finance and Administration Officer (Category F): 02 Positions available (distributed between the PMU and Nikaweratiya Hub).
- Technical Officers: 06 Positions on a consultancy basis. (Placed across Kurunegala, Puttalam, Matale via Nikaweratiya Hub, and Mannar, Vavuniya, Anuradhapura via Medawachchiya Hub).
- For the Senior MIS/IT Officer and Finance & Admin Officer roles, remuneration and qualifications will follow the Management Services Circular 02/2026.
- For Consultants and Technical Officers, consultancy fees and requirements are detailed in the specific Terms of Reference (TOR).
- All applicants must possess qualifications directly relevant to the applied position’s field.

- Candidates need to prepare a comprehensive Curriculum Vitae (CV) containing the contact details of two non-related referees, along with copies of all supporting educational and professional certificates.
