- Offer personalized one-on-one or group counseling sessions to help students navigate educational, personal, and developmental challenges.
- Address student welfare concerns that impact their academic performance, actively coordinating with and directing them to the relevant departments when necessary.
- Serve as a trusted consultant and advisor, guiding students through the emotional and psychological aspects of their learning journey.
- Exercise independent judgment regarding student academic matters and supply valuable insights to assist management in decision-making processes.
- Ensure strict confidentiality and professionalism across all assigned duties and student interactions.
- Experience: Applicants must have at least three (03) years of prior working experience in a similar counseling or student welfare role.
- Language Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Sinhala and English are required. The ability to converse in a third language (trilingual) is highly desirable.
- Technical Skills: Must possess a solid level of computer literacy and IT proficiency.
